QB Fine Homes Inc. is a small, personable custom home builder registered with the New Home Warranty program and the Homeowner Protection Office.

Briant, the owner, has a background in Engineering and is a Journeyman Master Carpenter who specializes in the Arts and Crafts style of homes and also high quality contemporary design homes. He has years of expertise to design, draft, budget, engineer and construct your dream home from start to finish.

Briant's hands-on approach from the time you first visit him to the day you move in enables attention to detail and insistence on quality workmanship and materials in every stage of the building process.

This approach to management ensures continuous workflow from start to finish, keeping each client well informed with a running calendar and project schedule.

Briant and his select crew of workers do all of the concrete work, framing and finishing of the homes we construct.

The plumbing, heating, electrical and drywall are subcontracted out to reliable constractors that Briant knows and trusts to perform quality work time and again.

Throughout the building process, each client is made fully aware of the project's relative costs. Often certain aspects of a project involve allowances, such as budget options for electrical or plumbing fixtures.

By maintaining a detailed listing and running total of the costs of these selections, QB Fine homes Inc. remains focused on each client's overall budget objectives so that cost overruns are minimized.
